Daniel Conway is a former Marine staff sergeant and captain. He is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio and University of New Hampshire School of Law. Mr. Conway is former President of the New Hampshire Bar Association Military Law Section. Mr. Conway has also written a book on Military Crimes and Defenses with a major national publishing firm. He has been interviewed or consulted on military justice by nearly every major national media organizations. He still maintains a presence in San Antonio though he travels the world representing service members.
Mr. Conway has represented members in all branches of service across the globe - including cases in Iraq and Afghanistan. He has been lead counsel or a member of the defense team in several major cases stemming from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. He has travelled to Iraq seven times representing service members and Afghanistan once. Mr. Conway has earned a reputation as a skilled and tenacious litigator. He has attended the Trial Lawyers College Death Penalty Seminar.
